Typical loans are for bridge financing, land assembly, and infill construction, with interest rates of 7.75% to 10% per annum, a one to two-year term, and monthly interest-only payments. We lend in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia.

Each loan is subject to thorough underwriting and requires approval from Atrium’s Board of Directors. Due diligence includes detailed financial analysis, exit strategy, site inspection, local market review, sensitivity analysis, and third party reports including appraisals, environmental and building condition reports.
